meditatie?

oke, ik probeer om verbinding meer met de spirituele wereld en andere dingen. Meditatie is een goede zaak voor dit net als het vinden van innerlijke rust en dat soort dingen. Sommige dingen die ik heb gelezen vertelde me om te mediteren voor een half uur per dag, maar elke keer als ik probeer, ik krijg uiteindelijk vervelen lang voordat het half uur verstreken is. Ik geniet van meditatie omdat het kalmeert me neer, maar ik heb veel moeite met concentreren op niets of mijn breating. Heeft iemand nog een advies voor mijn meditatie? Ook heeft iemand nog tips over astrale projectie? Ik heb geprobeerd, maar niet hebben gekregen heel ver mee. Heeft iemand bereikt, en zo ja, wat heb je gedaan? Veni, vidi, excessi! Alice
