During meditation should I try to clear my mind or just let thing flow?
March 16th, 2009 | by admin |I know a mind is a bundle of thoughts, but I’m having a hard time clearing my mind during meditation. Am I suppose to force things out my mind?

Meditation is not supposed to my breath if get lost in thought simple label it isnt goal oriented just sit quietly aware of everything around.
